Water Damage Restoration Services in Kennebunk, ME
COS Water Damage Restoration's Water Damage Restoration service in Kennebunk covers the complete recovery process — from the first emergency response through mold prevention, structural drying, and full rebuild.
Emergency Response & Extraction
The moment your call connects, our Kennebunk restoration dispatcher starts building your response. Extraction crews arrive with truck-mounted systems capable of removing high volumes of water rapidly — limiting saturation time and reducing the overall restoration scope.
Moisture Mapping & Damage Assessment
Thermal imaging cameras and calibrated moisture meters map the full extent of water migration in your Kennebunk property — identifying affected wall cavities, subfloor assemblies, and ceiling materials that aren't visible on the surface. A complete damage picture drives a more accurate scope and a faster insurance claim.
Structural Drying Program
Industrial LGR dehumidifiers and high-velocity air movers are deployed in calculated configurations based on your Kennebunk property's materials, square footage, and psychrometric conditions. Daily readings at fixed sensor points document the drying progression until all assemblies reach target equilibrium moisture content.
Mold Prevention & Remediation
Antimicrobial treatment is applied to all moisture-exposed structural surfaces as a standard preventive step in every Kennebunk Water Damage Restoration job. Where mold growth is identified, IICRC S520-compliant remediation — with HEPA containment, negative air pressure, and clearance testing — is performed before reconstruction begins.
Insurance Claim Coordination
Our Kennebunk claim coordinators build your documentation file from day one: structured photo evidence, moisture data logs, equipment placement records, and an Xactimate scope of work that matches your carrier's estimating platform. We file, communicate with your adjuster, and follow the claim through to settlement so you don't have to.
Full Reconstruction & Rebuild
When drying is confirmed complete, our licensed Kennebunk reconstruction team handles all rebuild work — drywall, flooring, painting, trim, structural framing — under the same project manager who ran the restoration phase. No handoff to an unknown subcontractor, no coordination gap, no restart of the communication process.
